Open to the Unexpected
It’s exciting and sometimes rewarding being open to the unexpected when we are arriving at a new location.
Would you believe if I told you that my husband and I walked into an Alpine Descend of the Cattle Procession without planning?
And, that our only intention for Sunday was to take a long walk.
Would you then guess how we ended up surrounded by proud Swiss citizens, dressed in ancient looking costumes and speaking in an Alemannic Swiss German dialect?
Expats can find themselves free to try a variety of events. And often, we are blessed with fresh and curious eyes when first arriving somewhere, allowing us to see beauty in everyday places and activities.
